Since the very beginning, I have always wanted to “be my own boss”.  You can ask anyone, and they will say the same thing! The funny thing is, I never actually knew what I wanted to do in terms of business.  I went to undergraduate school for advertising and was convinced that I was going to work as a cartoonist for Disney World one day.  When that thought passed rather quickly, I went to graduate school for my project management degree to enhance my already existing business skills.  Through the years, I went from marketing research manager, to ecommerce manager always wishing I could one day use all of my skills as a business owner.  Owning my own business has been an amazing experience! I am sew excited to be in this vibrant industry.  Our team is dedicated, sassy, amazing and wonderful, I am sew lucky. Special thanks to my husband and sister who didn’t want to be “posted” on the site, but have provided me 100% support.  I have officially turned in my briefcase to corporate America, and I am now armed with my diaper bag.

a.k.a.:  Lauren, Director of Sales & Creative Development

After earning her degrees and working in the corporate world, Lauren has officially traded in her suit for sew comfy pajamas.  Now a stay at home mom to her daughter Hannah, she is constantly on the phone digging up new opportunities for Danajill Designs, on the Internet picking new mommy-must-haves to sell and wracking her brain day-in-and-day-out to come up with sew sassy sayings for our new products.

Dedicated to making our dreams come true, she is anywhere and everywhere to bring joy to parents.  Her hope is that our products make you say ooh, ahh, and sew cute!  She could not be happier to work with her best friend Dana, her true inspiration for all that is sew beautiful.

Chief Operating Make-the-Site-Work
a.k.a. Scott Staffiery, Web Site Developer

The founder and CEO of Interwave Concepts, Scott has been designing Internet Solutions since 1994. Scott and Dana have been working together as consulting partners on various technology based projects through the years. His most exciting project yet (ok I added that in), our Danajill Designs web site required Scott to incorporate his skills by integrating diverse technologies into a cohesive, attractive and functional design and optimizing the design for maximum online exposure. Scott’s wife and two children (3 and 5) think Dana’s merchandise is cute and “wants everything”…..creating the biggest challenge in working on this project.
